The 1 Lazy Swan accommodation is spread over one floor, making it great for those of us that enjoy ground floor living. There are 2 x double bedrooms and 1 x twin plus a shower room. The lounge is all open plan and extends into the kitchen where you will find a dining area complete with electric fire.

Gas central heating keeps the lodge warm all year round and there are 4 x TVs, all with Freeview. Off road parking for up to 2 cars is provided. The grounds are extremely attractive and include an on-site shop and bar/restaurant as well as a range of other facilities.

The Tattershall Lakes Country Park is located midway between the Wolds and the Fens and covers hundreds of acres. Here you will find woodlands to walk and relax in, lakes and ample sporting facilities. Try your hand at water skiing, golfing or fishing. There are bars and restaurants to choose from as well as a playground for the little ones and a handy on-site shop.

If you feel in the mood to explore, Tattershall Castle is on the doorstep with Belvoir Castle, Belton House and Burghley House close by. Lincoln Cathedral is also nearby; Woodhall Spa is just 5 miles and Horncastle 10 miles away. You will also find wonderful Nature Reserves at Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point.
