With plenty of state of the art amenities and situated close to the stunning North York Moors and plenty of popular seaside towns, the cabin is a great base for families or couples wanting to come and explore this stunning region.

All on the ground floor, the lodge consists of two bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, and one twin.
The main bathroom has a bath, basin and WC. There is a modern fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a large sofa bed. General amenities include: LPG central heating, an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer, dishwasher.
There is TV with Freeview, a DVD player, an iPod dock and a great selection of books and DVDs, so guests will never be short on entertainment, even if the weather is less than ideal.
There are extensive rear lawns and a decked balcony, complete with furniture, a BBQ and hot tub, so guests can while away long sunny days and warm summer evenings enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair are also available. There is ample off road parking, as well as plenty of bike storage.
The nearest shop and pub are two miles away.

Please note: there is an unfenced pond 50 yards from the property, so children must be supervised at all times. Free pond fishing is available by prior arrangement with the owner. Ash Tree Lodge is situated approximately 50 yards from another lodge and 50 yards from an A road, and some road noise may be experienced when outside the property. No stag/hen parties or similar.
The property is available for winter and Christmas breaks, making it a lovely place for a retreat all year round.

The village of Stamford Bridge has a rich and interesting history, dating back to the Roman times. It was the site of the Battle of Stamford Bridge on 25th September 1066, which marked the end of the Viking era in Britain. It offers a great little selection of shops and restaurants, and also has a stunning renovated railway viaduct, which is now used as a cycle and public footpath.
Slightly further afield are the historic market towns of Malton, Beverley and Driffield. The stunning coastal resort of Filey and the nearby RSPB nature reserve at Bempton make for wonderful day trips.
