Botloes Cottage is set out over the ground floor of a stunning barn conversion, set in seven acres of beautiful grounds. Shared with the separate upstairs accommodation, guests have access to picturesque woodland, an orchard and two ponds

The location of the lodge is truly special. It is nestled in the pretty hamlet of Botloes Green, which offers an an array of charming walking and cycling routes, and guests can step out the door and straight through the charming orchard to the Three Choirs Vineyard and Restaurant, which is a welcoming, entertaining place that offers fine food and fantastic wine tasting.

The lodge itself boasts plenty of spectacular features, such as exposed beams, a wood burning stove and fabulous copper bath. Cosy, private and luxurious, the lodge is ideal for a romantic rural retreat.

Botloes Cottage accommodation

The lodge comprises one large, luxurious bedroom, that contains the copper bath. A truly idyllic place for relaxing and enjoying the tranquil setting.

There is also a spacious, separate wet room.

The property has a traditional wood burning stove, AGA and lovely patio area – complete with furniture and barbecue – all of which help to enhance the luxury and comfort of your stay, whatever the weather. While away long summer evenings on the patio, taking in the stunning surroundings, or curl up in front of the stove on a chilly day.

General amenities include: a gas-fired AGA, a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lodge also has a TV with Freeview, a CD player and iPod dock, providing plenty of entertainment to guests no matter what the weather is doing.

Parking is available, with space for two vehicles. A baby in their own moses basket is welcome. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets.

Two adult bikes are available, please request at the time of booking.

Botloes Cottage surrounding area

Botloes Green is just two miles from the charming market town of Newent, which offers plenty of friendly traditional pubs and cafes that provide excellent food. Newent Lake is a perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon stroll, where you can take in the abundance of local wildlife.

Just a short drive away is the impressive 17th century market town of Ledbury with its traditional black and white timber framed houses. Wander down the famous cobbles of Church Lane, or visit the vast selection of quaint independent shops, pubs and excellent restaurants.

For something a little more unusual, the Malvern Hills Falconry Centre is a mere four miles away, and the Gordon Russell Design Museum is a fascinating trip for design enthusiasts.

Fabulous and comfortable, Botloes Cottage is in an ideal location to explore the stunning region, and enjoy a romantic break in this beautiful place.
