Bramley Lodge, Colchester, Suffolk
Bramley is one of six, two-bedroom luxury lodges located in the outstanding rural scenery of Constable Country, near Stoke by Nayland in Suffolk. Convenient and exceptionally well-equipped, the lodges are ideal for all kinds of break, from romantic retreats to adventurous family holidays.
The lodge boasts a gorgeous, open-plan living area with incredible floor-to-ceiling windows at one end, with patio doors that lead out onto a large wooden balcony, where guests can spend long leisurely evenings admiring the beautiful view over some al fresco cocktails, or an early morning coffee in the sun as they plan the day’s activities.
Up to ten lodges can be booked together, offering a total of 16 double en suite bedrooms for groups of up to 32. All the lodges are within a five minute drive of the outstanding facilities at the Stoke by Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa.

The lodge is comprised of two double bedrooms (zip/link, can be made into twin beds as required). Each room has its own en-suite.

General amenities include: an electric effect fire and underfloor heating throughout. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and four-ring induction hob, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The lodges all have state-of-the-art flat screen televisions with a Blu-Ray DVD player, surround sound in the sitting room and an ipod docking station, as well as Wi-Fi, so there is plenty of entertainment available no matter what the weather decides to do.

There is ample on site parking. Unfortunately no pets allowed.
Guests are treated to their own welcome hamper on arrival. Minimum of a two night stay.
The site itself boasts an abundance of fabulous amenities and activities. Guests have complimentary access to an indoor, heated swimming pool, sanarium, steam room, Jacuzzi and Technogym. There is also an on site spa and two championship golf courses, for which additional charges will apply. Guests can frequent the two AA Rosette restaurant, bars, clubhouse restaurant, on site shops, fishing, and covered driving range.
A lodge porter is on call 24/7 to transport guests to and from the spa/golf/dining facilities.

With so much to see and do on this fantastic leisure park, guests may find it difficult to tear themselves away from their luxury lodges, but the surrounding area is rich with sights and attractions to discover.
Learn about the history of the area with a visit to Colchester Castle and Zoo, Tudor Lavenham and Constable’s Dedham and Flatford Mill.
Make a day of it at Orford, with a visit to the castle, a stroll along the quay and a slap up meal at the Crown and Castle Pub or Butley Orford Oysterage. Catch a glimpse of local life on a boat trip from the pier, where visitors can learn all about the history of the town and bring in the lobster pots and if the tide is in. As well as Orford there is a big castle at Framlingham, and Leighton Abbey is a stunning, historic site that dates all the way back to 1363.
The area is ideal for adventurous guests, with a vast array of sport and activities on offer. Explore on two wheels by hiring a bicycle locally, or enjoy one of the hundreds of walking trails on Dunwich Heath and Minsmere. Head to Thorpeness for a day on the Meare, where you can hire rowing boats and canoes and discover all the Peter Pan themed landings and tiny islands, and see the crocodiles at the boathouse!
