Cedar Lodge is set in a stunning location, right on the edge of Duck Lake in Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Cedar Lodge overlooks the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Built in a traditional, timber-roller style, designed specifically to make the most of the scenery, the lodge really helps to create the rustic, peaceful atmosphere of a tranquil lakeside retreat.

At the water’s edge can be found a large, covered veranda, complete with furniture and a hot tub. Perfect for whiling away the hours unwinding and gazing at the lovely view.

Tattershall Park itself is fantastic for families, offering plenty of water sports and activities to ensure guests are always entertained, while nearby beaches provide a stunning backdrop for enjoying Lincolnshire’s rural beauty.

Cedar Lodge Accommodation

The lodge has two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The main bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The open plan living area is large and comfortable, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, complete with an electric fire and sofa bed for any extra guests.

The lodge benefits from a private veranda to the side of the property, with a table, chairs and hot tub. An ideal place for a long summer evening basking in the stunning surroundings.

General amenities include: gas central heating with an electric fire, a gas oven and hob, a microwave and fridge/freezer.

There is a TV with Freeview, a Blu-ray player, and a great selection of books, games and DVDs, so guests will never be short on entertainment, whatever the weather.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

There is off road parking with space for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

There is an on-site shop and bar/restaurant within a five-minute walk, and a communal, coin-operated washing machine.

NB: There are spiral stairs leading to the first floor, or an optional external staircase. The veranda is unfenced and children should be supervised at all times. No hen/stag parties or similar. There is an RAF base nearby and there may be some related noise. The on-site facilities are available all year round except in January and February. During these months there is a shop in Tattershall village, just a 15-minute walk away.

With 365 acres of land to explore, at Tattershall you will find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, entertaining family break. Discover the wildlife hidden in the woodland or bask in the peace and tranquillity of the shady trees. Adventurous guests can take part in one of the many fantastic activities and sports on offer, such as a 60 acre water skiing and wakeboard lake, a 45 acre jet skiing lake and a cable wakeboard lake. If you would prefer something a little more traditionally relaxing, there is an 18-hole golf course and three coarse fishing lakes.

There are also two bars on site, a restaurant, a children’s play area and supermarket. Tattershall really has something for everyone, no matter what the weather is doing.

The surrounding area offers a vast array to see and do. Nearby Tattershall Castle, Belvoir Castle, Burghley House and Belton House are all great places to discover more about the history of the area.

For a livelier day, why not venture into Lincoln? It has an impressive castle and medieval streets to wander around, and plenty of quirky shops and traditional pubs.

Located in an area which is both picturesque and teeming with activities suitable for all the family, Cedar Lodge is a spacious, welcoming base from which to relax and enjoy Tattershall Lakes Country Park, and the lovely, historical countryside beyond.
