Clinger Farm Lodge is a charming, secluded lodge that has been expertly finished to provide luxurious accommodation for a romantic rural retreat. It has all the rustic ambience of a traditional log cabin.

It is located just outside the pretty village of Cucklington in Somerset. It is conveniently close to plenty of useful amenities. The private garden and decked veranda that look over the Blackmore Vale are a wonderful place to while away the hours on balmy summer evenings. Clinger Farm Lodge accommodation

The studio-style lodge is arranged all on the ground floor. The bedroom area is partitioned from the main part of the room, although the partition is not to ceiling height.

The king sized bed is sumptuous and comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day spent exploring the area. There is a shower room with a shower and WC. The open plan living area is large and bright, with lots of fabulous features. These include wood panelled walls and a woodburner effect gas fire. This is great for curling up in front of on chillier evenings or when the weather is less than ideal. There is also a TV with DVD player.

The small, lawned area is enclosed and delightfully private, and the decked patio includes seating and a BBQ, making a great spot for an al fresco cocktail or two on a long, warm evening watching the sun go down over the picturesque surroundings.

There is private, off-road parking for one car directly outside the property.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and electric heating are all included in the rent. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking inside the property.

There is a shop three miles away and the nearest pub is within walking distance.

Clinger Farm Lodge is ideally located for exploring all three counties of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. There is an incredible wealth of things to see and do, all within easy reach of the property. The whole region has an abundance of walking trails for all abilities, from the fossil scattered shores of the Bristol Channel to the dramatic skies of the Levels.

Close by is Cheddar Gorge, perfect for looking out over the rolling hills that the area is famous for. There are also opportunities for horse riding, cycling and golfing, with the nearby course open to non-members.

The historic cities of Bath and Bristol are within easy reach. They offer a vast array of galleries, theatres, history and architecture to admire, and bustling shopping, bars and excellent restaurants to enjoy.
