Exton Park, Rutland, Heart of England

Exton Park is a camping holiday with a luxurious twist. The lodge like tent has been beautifully finished to provide a cosy, comfortable rural base for a country break. Solid decking floors throughout, separate bedrooms, and even a wood burning stove and hot water, make it an idyllic place to spend a relaxing few days in the heart of this picturesque region.

Perfect for a romantic retreat or an exciting family holiday spent discovering rural England, Exton Park offers plenty of fabulous amenities, such as a large sofa and chairs arranged around the traditional wood burner, lovely for curling up in on chillier evenings or when the weather is less than ideal. Large outside decking is a great spot for a morning coffee or long summer evenings spent basking in the tranquility of the stunning surroundings.

Exton Park accommodation

The accommodation is comprised of three spacious bedrooms: one double, one twin, and one bunk room. All the beds are made from solid pine, with comfy mattresses and bedding, to ensure that guests have a relaxing sleep after a busy day spent outside.

The shower and WC are accessed through the main door and are both fully plumbed in, while the shower runs off an independent hot water system and has a fully adjustable head, making sure that your stay in the great outdoors is convenient and restful, with all the comforts of home.

The kitchen has a butane hob for simple meals, and the wood burning stove is great for whipping up a delicious all-in casserole, which really adds to the rustic ambience of the property. The dining area gives access to a zipped porch area, which is convenient for keeping muddy wellies and wet coats away from the living space.

Locally sourced breakfast packs and bbq packs are available, please enquire during the booking process.
