Ivyleaf Combe Lodges enjoy an idyllic setting in a stunning wooded valley just two miles from the unspoilt, picturesque Cornish seaside town of Bude.

The lodges are large and comfortable. They have all been designed to combine luxurious, modern facilities with all the ambience of a rustic cabin retreat, perfect for a romantic escape or family break. While beautiful woodland surroundings, and easy access to the stunning Cornish coastline provide a wonderful base for a peaceful, relaxing holiday spent exploring the breathtaking scenery and local attractions.

Guests can choose from a selection of exceptional two and three bedroom lodges.

Each one benefits from fantastic facilities. Including delightful outside spaces compltete with fabulous hot tubs. Relax and unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. Marvel at the view and bask in the tranquil surroundings. You can even enjoy a spot of stargazing on a clear night.

General amenities include: a widescreen TV with Freeview/DVD player and a Wi-Fi connection. This ensures that guests have plenty of entertainment even on chilly evenings or rainy days. There is also a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Rent includes bed linen, duvets and towels, as well as gas and electricity. Travel cots and highchairs are also available free of charge.

A host of delightful hotspots await close by, including historic Clovelly, fashionable Rock, famous Padstow and magnificent Port Isaac. Glorious beaches abound!

With such rich rural surroundings, the lodges are a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. There is an abundance of beautiful walking trails, right on the doorstep, that meander through the lovely fields and woodland, where guests can discover an incredible variety of birds and wildflowers.

Cornwall is probably most famous for its dramatic coastline and spectacular beaches. North Cornwall in particular is a favourite destination for surfers, with long, sweeping sands and beautiful cliffs. If surfing isn’t really your thing, then there are lots of stunning little coves to discover, and simply sit, marvelling at the scenery and pounding seas.

The area is awash with English Heritage sites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and numerous National Trust Properties, including The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Tamar Lakes and the world-famous Eden Project. There are also hundreds of charming fishing villages and towns to wander around. Delight in the quaint cottages and lively harbours, or enjoy some local ale as you listen to some traditional smuggling tales. And of course no trip to Cornwall would be complete without a clotted cream tea!
