Jamaal Lodge is located approximately 3 miles from Amble. It is a beautiful detached wooden lodge nestling within the countryside of South Broomhill. Close to Druridge Bay Country Park & Nature Reserve, it offers versatile accommodation with bedrooms on both floors.

Jamaal Lodge also comes with a balcony and two bathrooms, all surrounded by pleasant gardens of ample size for families. You will even find an enclosed area, perfect for dining outside or putting together a barbecue.

Travelling will not be an issue as the lodge is just 1 mile from the coast and close to Alnwick and Berwick. If you want to go exploring, the Scottish Borders and Newcastle are all within easy reach.

Jamaal Lodge Facilities

This stunning lodge will sleep up to 8 people. It comes with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twins and 2 bathrooms (with bath & shower), split between both floors, making it ideal for families sharing. The lounge area is open plan with a dining area leading out to French windows and the garden via a sun porch.

There is also a fitted kitchen, utility room and additional first floor lounge with balcony. Off road parking is available. The local pub and shop are both within easy walking distance so if you want to leave the car at home and enjoy walking through the lovely landscape, this is easily done.

The surrounding area

South Broomhill is close to Amble and just a mile away from Warkworth and just 4 miles from Alnmouth. You will find plenty to do in Amble which is on the River Coquet. With a history of boatbuilding, there is a local marina and harbour as well as sandy beaches and walks along the coast. You may also wish to visit Hauxley Bird Sanctuary or the Druridge Bay Country Park.

Just a mile away is Coquest Island which is an RSPB reserve, easily reached by boat. Nearby Alnmouth and Craster also boast wonderful beaches, or you may wish to wander around Warkworth Castle or Alnwick Castle. If you are inclined towards National Trust properties, then you will also be spoilt for choice with Wallington Hall and Cragside close by.

Overall, Jamaal Lodge is a wonderfully property in an equally superb location.
