Larch Barn, North Perrot Dorset
Larch Barn is a beautiful barn conversion located in North Perrott. Spacious and bright, it offers cosy, welcoming accommodation with wonderful green views.
Situated right on the Somerset/Dorset border, and conveniently close to Crewkerne railway station – which has direct links to London Waterloo – the lodge is ideally placed for exploring the varied scenery and attractions of this pretty region.
With lots of lovely walking trails right on the doorstep, and the local pub and shop within walking distance, the lodge is an idyllic place for a rural retreat.

The lodge consists of two bedrooms and one shower room.
Perhaps best of all, there is a large, lawned meadow garden with a patio (including furniture), which guests will love to sit in on balmy summer evenings, enjoying an al fresco cocktail or two and basking in the peaceful beauty of the surroundings.
General amenities include: gas fired central heating, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge with small freezer compartment and a dishwasher.
The lodge also has a television, which is great to curl up in front of when the weather is less than ideal.
All accommodation is on the ground floor. There is ample off road parking. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Unfortunately there is a minimum of a two night stay. A travel cot and highchair are both available.

Crewkerne is a small but bustling market town, which offers an abundance of cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarket and other independent shops.
The area also has lots of National Trust properties within easy reach, particularly Montacute House & Barrington Court.
For a slightly livelier day out, visitors should head to West Bay and enjoy some traditional English seaside entertainment. Lyme Regis is just a 40 minute drive away, and is an absolute must visit for anyone interested in history, or those looking for spectacular coastal walks and a fascinating Jurassic coastline.
Bath, Bristol and Exeter are also within an hour’s drive, and offer a vast array of bars, clubs, theatres and excellent restaurants and shopping facilities, as well as impressive architecture and interesting history to discover.
Set in such a peaceful, beautiful location, Larch Barn is cosy and welcoming. It is a comfortable base for a lovely, tranquil retreat in this truly stunning setting.
