The lodge has three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower, basin and WC, one twin room and one room with adult-sized bunks. The main bathroom is modern and luxuriously finished, with a bath, shower, basin and WC.
The spacious, open plan living space consists of a kitchen equipped with state of the art fittings and appliances, a dining area and sitting area. There is also a lovely conservatory, perfect for enjoying the view in all weather.
The pretty, front, lawned garden, complete with furniture, so guests can sit and relax, enjoying an al fresco meal or evening drinks looking out over the picturesque countryside.
General amenities include: oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
There is plenty of entertainment on offer for all the family, such as a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and a CD player/radio, as well as Wi-Fi, and a fantastic selection of books, games and DVDs.
Fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available on request.
There is ample off-road parking, with space for up to four cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
The nearest shop and pub are just 1.5 miles away.
NB: The property is accessed via three steps so care must be taken.

Warkworth itself is a charming little village, overlooked by spectacular 12th Century ruins. The area is steeped in history and visitors can learn all about the Percy family and their heritage. Another property connected with the family is nearby Alnwick Castle, which is also the location of Hogwarts School, a must for any Harry Potter fan.
Warkwroth has plenty to offer in the way of entertainment and activities, with beautiful Georgian and Victorian architecture, a range of galleries, and lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. The town also boasts an impressive, sandy beach and a small but pretty golf course.
The are is teeming with famous attractions and landmarks: Hadrian’s Wall, Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island, lots of stunning beaches and Alnwick Castle are all within a convenient distance.
