Paradise Lakeside Lodges
Paradise Lakeside Lodges are exactly as the name suggests: an idyllic selection of luxurious log cabins, all with beautiful tranquil views over two coarse fishing lakes and stunning, landscaped grounds. All provide sumptuous accommodation that artfully combines the rustic ambience of a log cabin retreat with exceptional facilities. With plenty of wonderful walks on the doorstep, as well as fishing* and an outdoor play area on-site, these lodges are an ideal base for a rural escape for the whole family.

Paradise Lakeside Lodges accommodation
Guests can choose from a great selection of open-plan pods, two and three bedroom lodges and even a five bedroom house.
Each property really makes the most of its stunning setting. All boast lovely verandahs with garden furniture and picturesque lake views. Delightfully secluded sun traps, they are a perfect spot for an al fresco drink on a balmy evening. Some even have their very own hot tub. What better way to unwind and perhaps even enjoy a spot of stargazing on a clear night (in Paradise Wood View and Paradise Park View only).
General amenities include TV/DVD player and radio. There is also a well-equipped kitchen including 4-ring hob, microwave and full size oven (or 2-ring hob and microwave in Paradise Pod only).
Rent includes bed linen and duvets, in addition to gas and electricity.
All lodges are centrally heated, except Paradise Pod, which has panel heating.
Pets are also welcome, charged at £25pw each (max 2) (in specific Paradise Lakeview only).

Paradise Lakeside Lodges surrounding area
The surrounding area is rich in picturesque woodland walks, cycle routes and bustling market towns. The Yorkshire Wolds way provides a spectacular route through 79 miles of outstanding natural beauty and tranquil scenery. It leads from the banks of the Humber estuary through lush green valleys, lovely woodland and lots of picturesque rural villages offering plenty of cafes and sources of refreshment.
Of course, a priority destination for any guest should be historic York. A beautiful, elegant city, it boasts an incredible array of fine architecture and fascinating history. Wander around the city walls, ancient gates and glorious Minster – England’s largest Gothic church. In addition, the award-winning Jorvik Viking Museum gives valuable insight into the heritage of the local area. And there are lots of bustling shops, cafes, pubs and excellent restaurants to enjoy.
