Primrose lodge is one of three log cabins located on a small complex in 50 acres of beautiful parkland. Primrose Lodge is spacious and modern, set in an elevated position, with lovely views over the parkland and picturesque Saltburn just a short walk away.

All of the cabins have been stylishly decorated and furnished with state of the art amenities, to provide guests with comfortable, luxurious accommodation, including private patios where guests can relax and take in the peaceful views. With 50 acres of parkland and ancient woodland right on the doorstep, this is a pretty, tranquil place to come and unwind, away from the stresses of every day life.

Primrose Lodge accommodation

All on the ground floor, the lodge consists of two double bedrooms, a wet room with shower, basin and WC. The open plan living area is spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

General amenities include: gas central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

There is ample off-road parking as well as bike storage, and the nearest shop and pub are just a 10-minute walk away.

One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Please note: due to the peacocks and wildlife, dogs must be kept the a lead and children supervised at all times.

The property also offers the following short breaks: winter, off-season, last minute and Christmas, so it is possible to enjoy the picturesque area all year round.

Primrose Lodge surrounding area

Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a charming, Victorian seaside resort with long sandy beaches and dramatic cliffs, and an impressive, sweeping road leading right from the town centre to the beach. It has a long, traditional pier that is a real must to visit, and a unique cliff lift, so there is plenty for all the family to enjoy.

The town centre has excellent amenities with a variety of independent shops, tearooms and restaurants. Stroll alone the elevated promenade or the delightful Valley Gardens to really appreciate the quaint charm of this lovely place.

Slightly further afield are the picturesque villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, with higgledy-piggeldy fishermen’s cottages and beautiful little harbours. For a slightly larger town head to Whitby for some of its famous fish and chips.

With the spectacular North York Moors to explore and the beautiful and dramatic coastline to discover, Primrose Lodge is a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful retreat in this stunning region.
