Ruby Country Lodges are a group of excellent, luxurious cabins nestled amongst pine trees and overlooking beautiful rural countryside. They artfully combine rustic features with state of the art amenities to provide an idyllic destination for a romantic escape.

Choose from a selection of spacious, comfortable lodges that boast plenty of modern facilities in a lovely romantic setting. All the lodges make the most of their beautiful surroundings and boast large outside decking complete with furniture and fabulous hot tub. A particular highlight, these secluded sun traps are a perfect spot to while away balmy summer evenings. Or perhaps even enjoy a spot of stargazing on a clear night.
General amenities include: a flat screen TV with Freeview/DVD player as well as a CD player. While well-equipped kitchens include a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Rent includes bed linen, duvets and towels, in addition to gas and electricity. Travel cots and highchairs are also available for £20pw and £15pw respectively.

Learn to surf at one of the sweeping beaches, or admire the dramatic views from atop the impressive cliffs, before indulging in a famous Devonshire cream tea.
Elsewhere, there are plenty of activities for guests to enjoy, all within easy reach. The Sticklepath cycle route provides wonderful views of Dartmoor as it wends its way along Devon’s quiet country lanes. While the Meldon Viaduct is worth it for the views alone. Built in 1874 it spans 165 metres over the remains of mineral mines, and the view of Meldon Dam is almost 50 metres high.
